Soholaunch Rescue Contract Buyout
If you have a contract with a web hosting provider where you tried Soholaunch and then after 15 days were shoved back onto the ProBase (or your hosting company licensed Soholaunch for you and then stopped), we will give you a sign up credit with us equal to the value credit you have with your existing provider so that you can move to a host that actually includes Soholaunch Pro with all full features and modules in your web site hosting fee - and it won't cost you a dime.
Ok - but what's the fine print?
The terms of the offer are as follows:
- DrakNet must independently confirm how much credit you have with your current provider, and you must provide your previous company's Billing Login Information, as well as your Current Hosting Login Information, for us to do so, on the order form.
- DrakNet must independently confirm that your Soholaunch Installation is in a trial period, or is Base only, so you must provide your current Soholaunch login information.
- You must have something of a site actually up (i.e. there must be evidence that you're using it, or you intended to use it).
- This confirmation must take place before we install the order. If you do not provide all of the information asked for, we will install the order and charge the full price unless there is a note in the comments of the order form regarding the absence of the information (i.e. my hosting provider doesn't have a billing login, please contact me to discuss).
- The money will be issued you only in the form of a DrakNet credit on your account, and is not refundable for cash if you go somewhere else while you have credit with us left.
Once you place the order and give us the information, we will not just whimsically decide how much you get and install, taking the remainder of your money. We will email you after we determine what credit we believe you should have by our calculations and how long that particular credit is good for, and will wait for your response that you find that ok, and to go ahead with the installation. Only then will your card be charged and will we begin.
If you think we're wrong, or it's not enough, and/or you just change your mind, let us know, and we'll shred your order, and you won't be charged a thing.
The maximum credit that DrakNet will issue under this offer is $120 per domain name account.
