Resellers have the news and support button, its only located in YOUR cPanel, though (the one that has the WHM login button). Nothing is displayed on your customers panels from us, and that would include any sites that are technically yours under your own Reseller panel.

I'll email that out to you as well.

If you are using the login information that you use to get into cPanel to login via FTP (not SFTP), yes, its affected and is now blocked.

If you logged in to cPanel initially, created an FTP account, and your FTP login is name@domain.com, then no, that isn't affected and is what you should have been doing. Those will work as they always worked.

Will this have any impact on using say, WS_FTP to my account? Even though I'm bypassing cPanel… I would have expected them to be completely unconnected but nowadays things connect in unexpected ways as far as I can tell.

Yeah, I decided to peg LW a Lifestyle Business after a fashion because because in the definitions we were using, a middle market business generally has investors, and “In short, if a company is truly scalable, its founder is dispensable.”

I certainly wasn't going to post that Matt was dispensable.

The two contrasts definitely show what's possible even in an owner controlled, privately held technology company, and it really is up to folks starting out to decide where they want to go, and go there.
