Log in to your billing area, click on "Support", and then on "Submit New Ticket". Submitting a support ticket this way will ensure us that you have administrative access to your domain, and will enable that ticket to be automatically associated with your account so that you, or we, can pull it up from within the billing area at any time. This is also a great method to talk to support if you are having a problem with your email, as you can dialog with our techs and periodically check the progress of your ticket, including tech staff comments that are not sent out via responses. The help desk is manned 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.

Please note that you may not discuss sensitive information like passwords on chat, and you cannot ask us to perform actions on your account unless you are chatting with us from within your cPanel itself.
