You can submit a ticket from within your Cpanel by logging in to your Cpanel and looking for the "Submit a Support Request" button. Submitting a support ticket this way will ensure us that you have administrative access to your domain, as well as provide us with information from your domain installation. Please submit the ticket from your email registered on file with us so that it can be archived with your account.
Submit a ticket from inside Billing......
Log in to your billing area, click on "Support", and then on "Submit New Ticket". Submitting a support ticket this way will ensure us that you have administrative access to your domain, and will enable that ticket to be automatically associated with your account so that you, or we, can pull it up from within the billing area at any time. This is also a great method to talk to support if you are having a problem with your email, as you can dialog with our techs and periodically check the progress of your ticket, including tech staff comments that are not sent out via responses.
Chat with us or submit a ticket from the Chat Module...
You can click on the chat area at any time, and chat with our tech staff if they are available. If they aren't available, you will be directed to submit a ticket to the support desk directly from the module itself. Please note that you may not discuss sensitive information like passwords on chat, and you cannot ask us to perform actions on your account unless you are chatting with us from within your cPanel itself.
Skype drak.net
Due to our growth in the international direction recently, DrakNet has added Skype to the multitude of that ways you can contact us. Skype "drak.net"
DrakNet primarily uses the ticketing system, and the chat module, for technical support purposes as outlined in our support policies. The vast majority of tech support issues are resolved faster through these methods, and we strongly, strongly encourage our clients to use those primary methods of support as a larger staff covers the desk, so Skype support is not always available.

The phone indicator to the right will let you know if the line is clear and there's someone waiting to take your call. Green phone means go ahead and give us a ring and you'll likely get a human being within a few seconds - if the phone is blue, it means we are unavailable or on another call at the moment. If that's the case, you can check back later or leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours anywhere in the world.
