Backup Mail Server
We operate a backup mail server which will store and forward any mail sent to it. To use it, you must order it with your hosting service and the cost is $1 per domain name per month. The address for the server is backup.drak.net. If our server is not configured to accept mail for your domain, your mail may bounce so please make sure you have ordered, and we have implemented, the server before domains’ MX records to point at our server if you control them. If we hold your Zone file and you order it, we will set this up for you. This is only available to DrakNet clients.

DrakNet Monitoring
DrakNet Monitoring will allow you to monitor your web site or server routinely, alert you if there is a problem, or alert us if there is a problem - everything is defined by you. This can be added to your DrakNet account or purchased seperately via PayPal on the Monitoring Site itself. We have a 14 day free trial available here, as well as a demo site available here.

DNS Failover and System Monitoring
If a user is not able to access your website or service for a long period of time then there is a chance that you will lose that customers' business. By using our DNS Failover solution your users will never notice great periods of downtime again. If your website/service is down you can now automatically send all of your users to another system. This is meant for primarily static sites that need high availability, and is not meant for dynamic sites that are backended by constantly changing information.

We can provide multiple sites on separate servers, multiple sites in separate data centers, and many other various configurations. Due to the possibility of several different configurations, pricing will vary on this service (including the hosting accounts for the multiple sites). Static IP and SSL
A static IP address is available for any site that needs one to process SSL for an additional $5 per month. Please note that we do not, under any circumstances, provide Dedicated IP addresses for SEO purposes. An SSL Certificate can also be purchased through DrakNet.
